Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Shipping Errors

King Keyser may make mistakes. (It takes a big website to admit it.) Although we work very hard to prevent errors when filling orders, the very fact that we employ humans, which are by nature fallible (consult your sacred religious texts, or any history book for details) to process these orders, makes these occasional errors sadly unavoidable. If and when we do ship the wrong product to you, our procedure and policy for resolving the problem is as follows: Contact us at 630-323-4320 or returns@kingkeyser.com. We will verify the error: If in the event an item has been left out of a package, we’ll repack the original order and compare its weight to the actual weight shipped. If the item was not shipped, we will get it out to you ASAP. If we shipped you an incorrect item, we’ll verify the error against our inventory, issue you a return authorization and ship you the correct item posthaste.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

Except as expressly stated herein, King Keyser makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site outside of our vendor’s warranties and guarantees. You, the user, agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to King Keyser arising from any product sold on this site shall be the price of that product. In no event shall King Keyser, its owners, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold or service provided.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information, regardless of it’s source (typographical, keystroke entry, incorrect information received from suppliers, etc.), King Keyser shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. King Keyser shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, King Keyser shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. You, the user, agree that the maximum liability to King Keyser arising from any pricing issue shall be the difference between the correct price and the actual price paid.

King Keyser will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Illinois. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

You the user, agree that any legal action brought against King Keyser shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles.
