Can I pick up my order?

You bet!  Here’s what you do… Call us at 630-323-4320 and place your order.  Tell us that you’ll pick it up.  Come pick it up.  (You’ve got to be the person on the credit card.)  If it were any easier, you’d swear it was illegal!

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You do not have to pay sales tax unless your shipping address is in Illinois. The sales tax rate in Illinois is a scant 6.75%.  But, if you pick up your order at our store in Hinsdale, what you blow on tax you'll save on shipping charges.

How can I make changes to my order?

Easy!  Quick, send us an email at orders@kingkeyser.com, or call us at 630-323-4320.  We’ll be more than happy to help you out.

How do I cancel my order/item?

You can cancel your order by email or by phone anytime before your order is processed.  Just send us an email at orders@kingkeyser.com, or call us at 630-323-4320.  Any authorizations placed on your credit card will be released and any charges will be quickly credited.  If you wish to cancel a single item from your order, same deal just call or email.

 

If you would like to add an item to your order or switch to a more expensive item (God bless you), you can cancel your existing order and/or place a new order. You can do this yourself or you can call us at 630-323-4320 and we’ll be glad to help.

 

If your order has shipped, no changes or additions can be made.  You may place a new order, and follow the return procedures for your existing orders.

What’s your return policy?

You’ve got fifteen days from delivery to send back a product for a refund, thirty days for store credit.  Products must be unused, in new condition, and with the tags still attached.  Please email us at returns@kingkeyser.com to start the process rolling.

 

Items must be packaged properly for return shipment, or you might be liable for additional charges, or refusal of the return.  Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box -- break out the corrugated cardboard and the bubble wrap.

How are shipping charges determined?
We proudly and confidently ship by UPS.  We compute the charges based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s) you buy.  The rates come directly from UPS. 
We ship by best rate to Canada... sometimes FedEx, occasionally USPS, once in a while by mule train. (Just kidding, we don't use USPS... just kidding again, we DO use USPS we DON'T use mule trains.)
We ship select (non-sale) items over $60 by ground in the U.S.A. for free.

How do I exchange a product?

Email us at returns@kingkeyser.com and tell us what you’d like to do.  We’ll contact you via email or phone and make it happen.  If an item is out of stock, or unavailable, we’ll do our very best to track it down for you.

When will my order ship?

We’ll get your stuff out the door within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order.  If we can’t, we’ll notify you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible to discuss the alternatives.  See the map (below) for estimated UPS Ground service delivery.  If you want to expedite delivery (get your stuff more quickly), choose second day air or overnight shipping during the checkout process.  Additional shipping charges will apply.

What’s up with this whack charge on my credit card bill?

Wait! I ordered it, but then you emailed me / called me and it’s not coming …what's up with that?
Rarely, an item that’s in stock on our website might actually be out of stock.  We don’t plan on it. We blame it on the computers whenever possible, but it can happen.  If it does, we’ll contact you immediately and come up with a “Plan B”.   Here’s the most likely scenario: If most of your order is in stock, we will ship right away, and then place the out of stock item on backorder.  If the out of stock item is not available, we’ll cancel it from your order and refund you for the item and any applicable shipping charges.

Where's my order? It never arrived.
This is not good.  First, check the tracking number(s) on your order confirmation email.  The stuff might still be in route.  Did it get delivered and left with that nosey neighbor next door?  Is your dog a kleptomaniac?  UPS can be reached at (800)-PICK-UPS for all those shipping-related questions.  You can track us down at orders@kingkeyser.com or 630-323-4320 to help you sleuth it out.  Don’t worry.

Do you ship to Canada?

Oh, Canada… we do!  We love our neighbors to the north, and we are pleased to be serving you.   If you are having trouble with our checkout process, feel free to call us or email us.  We'll be happy to complete the transaction manually.  We cannot offer you free ground shipping, however, but hopefully the savings from the exchange rate will counter that. We generally ship by UPS to Canada.  BE AWARE: You are responsible for any additional fees charged by forwarding agents or those who represent you in Ottawa.  As of 11/19/2007 we cannot ship Ride Snowboards product to Canada.  We apologize to all of our cannucky buddies up there for the inconvenience.
